The perfect location of Bulgaria Mall provides many opportunities for retail, entertainment and office space. Situated on the crossroads of two key city boulevards, it is accessible by car or public transport. Wide range of inline and anchor shops on four floors are organised around a vast atrium. Daylight streams from the 2.500 m2 large glass roof. The variety of escalators and bridges in the void, water features and seating areas create an amazing interior space, dominated by soft fluid shapes. The twisting curves of the passage ways, inclined surfaces of the balustrade, bridges intersecting in the air and crossing escalators create unique expressive and dynamic environment. The elegant finish of the bulkhead, horizontal railings and cove lights emphasize the continuous convex and concave pulsation of the space.
The powerful silhouette of the Vitosha Mountain creates a natural background of the building. Pure geometry and good balance between massive horizontal and vertical structures create an image, which corresponds to the scale and quality of surrounding environment. The glass box corner points out the main entrance, revealing part of the dynamics of interior life. Huge billboards and reality interweave behind the double skin façade, which makes a constantly changing advertising screen. At night, decorative LED lighting modulates the space, enhances structures and creates unique visual spectacle.
Two office buildings are located on top of the shopping centre. The 85 m high Infinity Tower creates the landmark of the complex. The Long Tower completes the complex to the North.
There are 4 undergropund parking levels with more than 1200 car parks.
