The North Bazaar Hotel is part of the project for regeneration of Albena resort. It is situated on the first line to the beach and provides high standart suites. The 4 stars hotel is integrated into a large shopping ans entertainment complex, with conference halls, restaurants and other facilities, which give the opportunity to extend the tourist season.
The hotel complex comprises 145 rooms, 5 suites and a restaurant. The entrance lobby is designed with a glass roof, which allows the natural light to penetrate inside. The space planning allows a private outdoor garden for the hotels guests, which opens to the sea.
The architectural concept follows tightly the typical for Albena Resort white staggered structures. The stepping back floors provide amazing sea view to a maximum number of hotel rooms. The specific arangemet of the rooms gives the chance for some luxury apartments to appear at the end of each floor. They have their own roof terrasses with private swimming pools.
