The house is situated at the South-Eastern coast of Chervenka with an exceptional view to the bay. The small steep plot doesn't allow a big footprint. The design has been guided by the desire to catch the unique panorama.
The house has three levels. The garage is located on the street level. The panorama becomes more and more beautiful from the upper floors of the house. A spacious living room and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms are situated on the first floor. There is also a studio on the upper level, where the family and its guests can enjoy the roof terrasse overlooking the sea.
The facades are minimalist and follow the principles of the modern architecture. The composition of pure geometric forms is emphasized by different colors and materials.
