The project was nominated by the Union of the Architects in Bulgaria as one the “Best projects of the year 2000”. The house is situated on the sea shore. The large double-glazing of the facade, which faces the sea, combines thermal and solar efficiency with the possibility of enjoying the beautiful view. The house has three floors. The large living room, the master bedroom and the study are located on the first floor. There are three more bedrooms on the second floor with a small living room for the children. The semi-underground level has 4 parking places and a small apartment for guests. It opens to the garden and the swimming pool in front.
