The project was meant to be Phase 3 of the big mixed-use development GRAND KANYON in Sofia, which includes a park, open mall leading to a big shopping center, residential buildings, hotel and underground parkings. The complex is located on one of the main city boulevards in a close proximity to the fast developping neighborhood Mladost.

The project consists of two towers – Residential Tower on 19 floors and Office Tower on 13 floors. The ground floor includes retail, restaurants, sports and recreation areas, playgrounds and a swimming pool. There are two underground floors with 270 car parking places and technical rooms.
The Office tower has a specific design due to pandemic concerns about the healthy and green working environment. The vertical lifts core is completely open to the outside and provide nice recreation area for the employers. Every second floor has a garden and seating place. Vertical gardens are created on the facades. The office space is flexible. Every floor has sanitary facilities and kitchinettes.
The Residential Tower includes 130 apartments of different size and shape. Studios, one, two and three-bedroom flats provide variety of options for future tenants. Large windows open to the stunning views of the mountain and the city.
