The scheme provides educational, sports and cultural facilities. The internal naturally lightened space creates fully air-conditioned communication and recreation area. The focal point of students’ activities is the conic multifunctional space of the forum and the library. 
Undergraduate classes are located in the arched shaped block, which faces the garden to the South. Youngest children’s zones have private yards for open air activities. The upper grades facilities as well as the gym hall are located in the higher block, which creates a barrier to the road on the North.
The project was nominated for Best project of the year 2000.
