The housing estate is situated in the suburbs of the town. The scheme has 51 dwellings. It includes 4 types of single family houses with similar floor area of 230 m². All houses are situated to benefit from the best orientation of the site and the view of the mountain. The houses have two stories and double garages. The living and dining area open to the garden. Covered terraces provide nice open air living space for the family.
