The building is situated in the area of Dragalevtzi, close to the ring road of Sofia. It consists of 9 apartments and 2 studios with a communal garden and underground parking. The dwellings have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms to meet various customers’ requirements.
The space organization and the shifted volumes allow the natural sunlight to penetrate in every room. Each flat enjoys the beautiful view of the mountain or the panorama of the city. The usable floor areas are optimized by minimizing the common spaces.
The geometry of the building as well as the brick cladding creates the identity of place, which roots in the vernacular architecture. The project creates a family-friendly urban housing typology.
